The hotel is set in a 16th century elegant villa, surrounded by a large park with centuries-old trees, just on the Chiani River and Carcaione Torrent confluence.

The Villa, designed according to a rectangular plan, was built in such a way that a deviation of the Carcaione Torrent would get under one of the 3 arches that were sustaining it.

-Take the A-1 Orvieto exit and exit approximately 2km along.

-Continue along the state road 71 towards Arezzo.

-After leaving the exit, you must follow the signs towards Orvieto for 1km .

-When you arrive at the roundabout, you should follow the signs towards Arezzo and drive under the railway and super motorway underpass and then over the bridge.

-Continue for approximately 1km.

-You should then reach the hotel.
