Relais Villa Valentini is the result of a very careful reconstruction of a stone farm house from the 700’s. It got its name from the family who lived here. It's the perfect destination for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Umbria, in a place where it seems that time has stopped. Relais Villa Valentini is situated in the small antique village of San Venanzo, 500 meters above sea level, an important point on Monte Peglia which offers the possibility of trips in the volcanic park or walks that will take you through the surrounding territory. You may also visit the beautiful cities of art in Umbria: Todi, Orvieto, Montefalco, Deruta, Perugia, Assisi and Spoleto.

The restaurant 'La Credenza is located in the ancient oil mill and cave premises, excavated more than 2 centuries ago, in the volcanic rock named 'venanzite' that can be found under the building.
The chef prepares simple and harmonious dishes, choosing first of all typical Umbrian products, such as extra virgin olive oil, the 'Chianina' meat and black truffle. All dishes of course couple with excellent wines.
The restaurant also has a pizzeria with a wood-burning oven.
