The previous church of Saint Benedetto (13th century), which adjoins the hotel is today the beautiful frame of a lecture hall.

The name of the restaurant, Le Palme, comes from the family crest, which depicts a palm with 2 lions, and from the palms which grow on the restaurant’s terrace.

The dining rooms are inviting and elegant rooms featuring cross and dome vaults which date back to the 17th century and on which we can still see parts of the original frescos.

The menus are rich in the scents, flavours and colours of the Umbrian countryside. The restaurant can seat up to 100 guests, whilst the charming terrace, which faces the centre of the town, can accommodate up to 130 guests. The hotel and the restaurant create an ideal setting for parties full of atmosphere.
